An identity system for a property development and construction company in New Cairo that holds up on site as well as it does in an investor meeting — two environments with no tolerance for fragile design.

Proje Genel Bakışı

Aamer is a real estate, development and construction company. In this sector the brand is not read on a screen first but on a worker's helmet, a site hoarding and a building facade from a hundred metres away. That is what shaped the entire system.

Zorluk

Construction companies apply their brand in the worst possible conditions: cheap printing, rough surfaces, bad light, and extreme sizes from a pocket card to a facade. Any mark relying on a gradient or fine detail dies at the first application.

Stratejik Düşünce

The sector is crowded with brands borrowing the language of "luxury" — gold, italics, ornament. We went deliberately the other way: a monochrome system with no decoration, saying confidence through discipline rather than embellishment. And because the product itself is concrete, glass and steel, we let the materials speak and kept the brand strict.

  1. Drawing the Arabic wordmark on an explicit structural grid — angles and horizontal extensions — so it reads as built rather than written.

  2. Holding the system to black, white and concrete grey, so it prints on any surface by any technique without losing anything.

  3. Testing the mark on the hardest applications first: the helmet, the site hoarding, the crane arm and the building facade.

Marka Konumlandırması

We positioned Aamer on what lasts: a company measured by what it hands over years later, not by what it promises in an advert. The whole visual language — monochrome, undecorated, grid-disciplined — is a direct translation of that promise.

Kimlik Sistemi Mantığı

The mark is built on a documented grid governing its weights and spacing, so it reproduces with the same precision whether laser-cut from sheet metal or printed on a paper cup. Alongside it sits a full Arabic-plus-Latin lockup for formal materials and a compact mark for tight applications.

Görsel Dil

The system is entirely monochrome: black, white and concrete grey, with no second colour that could be misprinted by a site printer. Black-and-white photography keeps every material — concrete, steel, glass — in the same visual family however varied the source.

Renk sistemi

  • Jet Black #121212
  • White #FFFFFF
  • Concrete Grey #ACA49E

Tasarım Sistemi

The system was delivered for both working environments: staff ID badges, business cards, stationery, the company profile, flags and banners, bags and cups, workwear and helmets, site boards and crane tags, and the building facade.

  • Arabic and Latin wordmark on a documented grid
  • Monochrome system and usage rules
  • Corporate stationery and company profile
  • ID badges and workwear
  • Site and facade signage
  • Art direction for photography
  • Brand book for internal operation

Sonuç ve Etki

The brand now reads across the company's two very different environments — the site and the investor meeting — through one system, with no "simplified" site version and no "elegant" presentation version.
